Hot List Notifications allow you to assign simple tasks to team members from campaigns that show up in the Integrated Dialer and phone apps.

These tasks will push a notification to smart phones and watches. They have the ability to apply a tag when marked as completed, allowing for real world activities to be integrated into automated processes.

Notify Team Members

I use Hot List Notifications to notify a team member of a new lead so the team member can call that lead quickly.

Be Notified About Upcoming Events

I get a notification of an upcoming appointment with a contact or of upcoming events.

Associate Actions with Automation

Notify a member of your team when an actionable item needs to be take care of by them (i.e. mailing a book).

When they click the action complete button, a tag is applied which triggers the sequence to run the Date Difference Bot to track how long it takes the team member to fulfill the action for better tracking of team member action, and it triggers the next step in the campaign.

This is a great way to tie real world actions into automation sequences that are dependent on those real world actions.
