This saves time and insures consistent outcomes, while still maintaining a personal touch.

As I'm calling leads from a saved search using the Integrated Dialer, I don't need to leave a custom voice mail message each time I get voicemail, so I prerecord my message for when I get voicemail after working out a script with my marketing manager.

Then when I get voicemail, I click the "leave voicemail" button, set the outcomes, and move on to the next call. Such a time saver!
