Make Sales Calls more Efficient and SuccessfulI generate leads that include phone numbers. I organize those leads into a saved search inside Engage CRM, then have my sales team call from the list.
Because Engage CRM's integrated dialer recognizes when a single team member begins engagement with a contact on the list, it removes that contact from the lists of other team members so they call through the list until it's empty.
As a result, my sales process is much cleaner and more effective.
